This glossary uses the face-value framework from The War Against Aliens and How to Win It. All terms are defined based on primary sources, survivor accounts, military reports, doctrinal texts, and consistent patterns.

AATIP (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) Pentagon program (2007–2012) directed by Luis Elizondo that investigated UAP encounters by military personnel. Declassified videos (Tic Tac, Gimbal, Go Fast) originated from this program.
Abduction The forcible removal of a person from their home or vehicle by Grey operatives using portable phase-shift field technology. Usually involves missing time, non-consensual medical procedures, and return with post-hypnotic amnesia (PHA) reinforced by threats to self or family.
AARO (All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office) Pentagon office established to investigate UAP. Has released multiple reports acknowledging unexplained aerial phenomena but has not publicly addressed the abduction or hybridization aspects.
Airspace Violation Unauthorized operation of non-human craft in U.S. sovereign airspace without transponders, identification, or FAA clearance. Documented in numerous Navy pilot encounters and AARO reports.
Alien Home Defender Certificate Advanced Alien Alerts Academy certification (Level 4) that trains participants to design, build, deploy, and lead full home and neighborhood defense systems against field-belt intrusions and light-flash events.
Anunnaki Sumerian term for “those who from heaven came.” Ancient records describe reptilian-featured beings who genetically engineered humans and demanded ritual offerings and obedience.

Biofield Disruption The ability of a human in a strong right-minded (theta-dominant) state to generate a localized blue-shift field that can short-circuit or collapse a Grey portable phase-shift belt. Supported by documented levitation cases and Hal Puthoff’s vacuum-engineering research.
Blue Shift (Anti-Gravitational Phenomena) Observed when a strong localized biofield or vacuum-gated energy field is generated (e.g., during human levitation). It produces a measurable frequency shift that can interfere with or collapse external phase-shift fields, effectively countering gravitational or inertial effects.
Body Thetans (BTs) Scientology OT-level concept of parasitic spiritual entities implanted on humans. Interpreted in the face-value framework as a doctrinal reframing of alien implants or control mechanisms.
Breakaway Civilization Theory that a secret group (human or human-alien hybrid) has developed advanced technology separate from mainstream society, possibly using reverse-engineered non-human craft.
Bright Children / High Emitters Children and adults who emit stronger, more coherent ULF/ELF electromagnetic fields and ultraweak photon emission (UPE/biophotons). Preferentially targeted for abduction and genetic harvesting because their signatures are easier to detect and lock onto.

Community Reporter Certificate Alien Alerts Academy Level 2 certification. Trains individuals to recognize threats, submit accurate reports, and coordinate at the neighborhood level.
Culling Strategy Preferential removal or suppression of high-potential individuals (bright children and gifted adults) to limit human development and prevent the emergence of natural leaders who could resist the agenda. Analogous to wolves removing the strongest pups.

David M. Jacobs Historian and leading abduction researcher. Author of The Threat (1998) and Walking Among Us (2015). Conducted over 1,000 hypnotic regressions and documented the hybridization program. Highlighted the “Grey Enigma” and the association of reptilian entities with Greys.
Degradation System The Reptilian Overlords’ long-term strategy of weakening humanity through ritual predation, financial entrapment, energy scarcity, family breakdown, and cultural division. The goal is to prevent cooperation, mutual security, and collective advancement.
Disclosure Efforts Official and unofficial attempts by elements within the U.S. Navy, Congress, White House, and intelligence community to acknowledge UAP and related phenomena. Key examples include the 2021 Navy UAP Task Force report, 2023 Grusch congressional testimony, and AARO reports.
Dogon Tribe Knowledge West African tribe whose oral traditions describe detailed astronomical knowledge of the Sirius star system (including invisible companion stars) long before modern telescopes. Often cited as evidence of ancient non-human contact.

Elizondo, Luis Former director of AATIP. Public whistleblower who has stated that UAP represent a real national security threat and that some are non-human in origin.
Exotic Materials Materials recovered from UAP crashes that exhibit properties (e.g., extreme strength-to-weight ratio, anti-gravity effects, or isotopic anomalies) not explainable by known terrestrial manufacturing.

Face-Value Framework The methodological approach used throughout the book and Academy: accept primary source testimony (survivors, military pilots, insiders, doctrinal texts) as truthful and test it against observable evidence to build a coherent picture.
Field-Belt Technology Portable phase-shift generators worn by Grey operatives that create localized air/plasma bubbles enabling wall-passing, levitation, and the sandwich protocol.
Field Effect The localized alteration of electromagnetic, quantum, or spacetime properties produced by non-human technology. Encompasses phase-shift belts, plasma sheaths, and inertial damping fields observed around craft and operatives.

Gimbal Video One of the three official Navy UAP videos released in 2017. Shows a rotating object with no visible propulsion, tracked by an F/A-18 fighter jet.
Go Fast Video Official Navy UAP video showing a small, fast-moving object skimming above the ocean surface.
Grey Aliens (Greys) Small-statured, large-eyed, grey-skinned operatives that perform the majority of modern abductions. Under the book’s hypothesis, they are a relatively recent (≈140 years) bio-engineered hybrid/drone class created by the older Reptilian Overlords for scalable field operations.
Grusch, David Former intelligence official who testified before Congress in 2023 claiming the U.S. government possesses non-human biologics and craft recovered from crashes.

Hopkins, Budd Pioneer of abduction research. Author of Missing Time (1981) and Witnessed (1996). Documented the sandwich protocol and the Linda Cortile Manhattan case (1989), one of the strongest multi-witness abduction cases on record.
Horus, Left Eye of Ancient Egyptian symbol of restoration and right-mindedness. The myth of Horus losing and regaining his left eye (representing right-hemisphere dominance) is presented as a cultural encoding of the dangers of left-brain dominance and the need for “man re-born” into balance.
Hybridization Program The long-term Reptilian/Grey agenda of creating human-alien hybrids and integrating them into positions of power while harvesting genetic material from the general population.

Implant Small device (often nasal or leg) placed during abductions. Believed to serve tracking, monitoring, or control functions. Frequently reported with scoop marks and confirmed in some X-rays and MRI scans.

Investigator Certificate Alien Alerts Academy Level 3 certification. Trains experienced Reporters to become analysts, inspectors, and community leaders.

Left-Brain Dominance Artificial shift away from the natural infant right-hemisphere state. Produces reduced empathy, increased suggestibility, and behaviors that align with the degradation agenda. Contrasted with “Right” (empathetic, intuitive, heart-centered) thinking.
Light-Flash Event Bright flash of light on the exterior wall immediately preceding a field-belt intrusion. A key early-warning signature detectable by exterior cameras and sensors.

Mack, John E. Harvard psychiatrist and Pulitzer Prize winner. Author of Abduction (1994) and Passport to the Cosmos (1999). Conducted rigorous psychiatric evaluations of hundreds of abductees and concluded the phenomenon is real and involves non-human intelligence.
Majestic 12 (MJ-12) Alleged secret committee formed in 1947 to manage UFO/UAP crashes and non-human contact. Documents remain controversial but are widely discussed in disclosure literature.
Men in Black Alleged agents who intimidate or silence witnesses after UAP sightings or abductions. Often described as wearing black suits and exhibiting unnatural behavior.
Missing Time Period of amnesia during which an abduction occurs. Usually accompanied by PHA and threats.

National Security Threat Legal classification applied to the Reptilian/Grey program due to systematic kidnapping, genetic experimentation, airspace violations, and hybrid infiltration. Meets criteria under the National Security Act and related statutes.
Nazca Lines Ancient geoglyphs in Peru depicting animals, plants, and humanoid figures. Some researchers interpret them as possible landing markers or messages to aerial visitors.
Nephilim Biblical term for the hybrid offspring of the Watchers (non-human entities) and human women.
Non-Human Biologics Term used by whistleblower David Grusch to describe recovered biological remains from UAP crashes that are not human in origin.

Orb Common UAP category: small, spherical, metallic or glowing objects that exhibit intelligent movement and often appear in groups.
Overlords (Reptilian Overlords) The long-term strategic command intelligence behind the program. Ancient reptilian/horned/dragon beings who direct Greys and human proxies.

PHA (Post-Hypnotic Amnesia) Engineered retrieval deficit created by neural emitters and reinforced by threats. Prevents conscious recall of abduction events while leaving implicit fear responses intact.
Phase Shift The core mechanism of Grey field-belt technology. Temporarily alters the local electromagnetic or quantum state of matter, allowing solid objects (walls, windows, human bodies) to pass through one another without physical resistance.
Plasma Sheath Advanced field technology surrounding UAP craft that reduces friction, enables high-speed atmospheric transit, and is believed to be the same principle miniaturized in Grey field belts.
Proxy Systems The seven human interface networks (Luciferian elites, Scientology, Nazi occult remnants, Chinese Dragon, Royal, Drug Proxy, Santa Muerte) used by the Overlords to execute the agenda on the ground.

Sandwich Protocol Standard Grey abduction method in which two operatives flank the target and synchronize portable field-belt generators to create a coherent phase-shift bubble, enabling wall-passing and transport.
Schumer Amendment / UAP Disclosure Act 2023 legislative proposal by Senator Chuck Schumer requiring full disclosure of UAP-related records and non-human biologics. Partially included in the NDAA but later weakened.
Scoop Marks Characteristic circular or oval skin lesions left after abduction medical procedures. Often found on the lower leg or behind the ear.
Space Warp / Spacetime Metric Engineering Theoretical and observed alteration of local spacetime geometry to reduce or eliminate inertial and gravitational effects. Tic Tac Incident 2004 USS Nimitz encounter involving a white, Tic Tac-shaped UAP that demonstrated extreme performance (instant acceleration, no sonic boom, underwater capability). Officially released Navy video.
Threats to Family Standard coercive tactic used during abductions to enforce PHA and silence. Explicitly warned that disclosure will result in harm to self or loved ones.

UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) Official U.S. government term replacing “UFO.” Refers to aerial objects or phenomena that cannot be immediately identified.
UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) Traditional term for aerial craft or phenomena that defy conventional explanation. Still widely used in public discourse.
ULF/ELF Fields Ultra-low-frequency and extremely-low-frequency electromagnetic emissions produced by human consciousness and brain activity. Part of the subtle-emission signature used for targeting.
UPE (Ultraweak Photon Emission / Biophotons) Faint metabolic glow emitted by all living organisms. Elevated in gifted/high-emitter individuals and detectable by specialized sensors.

Vallée, Jacques Computer scientist, former NASA consultant, and author of Passport to Magonia (1969) and The Invisible College (1975). Demonstrated that modern alien encounters are continuous with historical fairy, demon, and angelic reports, functioning as a control system.
Vimana Ancient Sanskrit term for flying machines described in Hindu epics (e.g., Mahabharata and Ramayana). Often interpreted as evidence of advanced aerial technology in antiquity.

Watchers Biblical/Apocryphal term for non-human entities (often described with reptilian features) who descended, took human wives, produced hybrid offspring, and taught forbidden knowledge.
Whole-of-Society Approach The recommended response to the threat: military handles kinetic and intelligence aspects while the public organizes through citizen reporting, right-minded training, home defense, and community coordination.
Zero-Point Energy (ZPE) (New) The quantum vacuum energy present in empty space. Hal Puthoff’s research suggests that certain states of consciousness or technology can “gate” or engineer this energy to produce gravitational, inertial, or field effects observed in UAP and human levitation phenomena.
