The mother-infant measurements, the abduction procedure-and-outcome catalogs, the observable judicial reasoning style, and the cultural transmission data converge on one operational sequence: early right-hemisphere support is lost, left-hemisphere dominance is installed and rewarded, institutional outputs demoralize the public, and the next generation’s developmental window is further degraded. The probability that this constitutes an active proxy pathway—advantageous to the documented non-human program whether or not every human participant is conscious of the alignment—is high on functional grounds.
