Orange lights over Lake Anna, 4th of July 2018

While out in a boat on Lake Anna on the 4th of July, I noticed 5 orange lights in the sky that looked to be evenly spaced in a line. I mentioned it thinking it was from some sort of towers in a mountain for planes as I was unfamiliar with the area, visiting friends from Indiana. I was surprised by the reaction from the group, apparently there were no mountains there and there was not a logical reason for the lights. At one point they disappeared and then returned, also changed into a V shape pattern.
The driver of the boat had a high powered camera and tried to take pictures...the camera would not take a picture and then almost instantly dies even though it was charged and hadn’t been used.
I’m not sure of the direction of the lights since we were in the middle of the lake and I am not familiar enough with the area but I do know there is a nuclear power plant on the lake and it’s a little strange nonetheless.
The only other thing that stands out is that the lights looked perfectly round, evenly spaced over a decently large distance without a light halo. I noticed the lights after the fireworks were over, they seemed to be perfectly still.
