Bright Blue light hovering in upward night sky for approx 2 min, then shot off to the right & quickly disappeared.
While observing night sky from a dock, noticed Bright Blue light in the sky, Upward & Northern direction. The light appeared to hover initially, then after approximately 2 minutes, shot off to the right/northeastern direction & then disappeared.
