Green glowing object in the summer in the mid 1960's, west of Pittsburgh.
We were on a hill looking directly East, towards Pittsburgh, PA. The object was glowing green and traveled from the south to north. It traveled in a straight horizontal line, never falling or rising. It went out of view pretty far north. It never changed colors from the time we saw it.
I do not have the exact date/time because I was somewhere between 8 and 11. I just know it was in the summer, and in the afternoon.
I spent a lifetime watching planes in the sky and I have never seen anything that has come close to what I saw.
