Sighting of 4 circular lights that were in formation, right next to a plane so obviously not a plane.
My boss an I were coming home from work passing the Philadelphia airport and we saw 4 dots moving around in sync with each other. Three of them were close in a triangle like formation and the other one was in front of them further in the distance apart.
