New London, WI - Light

It was a disembodied blinking light. At first I thought it was lightning. But the weather was fine. And then I realized, the 'light' was holding itself into one mass, that I was just out of eyesight to fully see. And even though it was bright enough, the light barely extended from a spherical sort of area. Then it moved. It scared the crap out of me at first. I mean, it moved! If I had to explain how it was in another way, I'd say, 'I saw the lights to a low flying Airplane.' But if an Airplane was that low, even if it wouldn't crash, I would've heard the loud noise of the engines of the plane. I do honestly believe that it is something that the government would have a hard time explaining.
