June 1965, walking home on highway B, west. Sighted ufo in wesr sky. It passed over and disappeared to the east.
My brother and I were walking back from Hurley, heading west. We saw a light on tne horizon and thought it was an airplanes landing light.
As it got closer, we didn't hear any sound, and it passed on out of sight to the east. A few minutes later we saw the same light come over the horizon from the west again. As it approached overhead, it slowed this time and stopped in the air and a pale luminous light glowed around us on the ground but we didn't see any light beam coming out of the craft. Just the light on us and the ground.
The craft was chevron shaped and at rear of the craft was a light that reminded me of a fluorescent light. The entire rear of it was lit up.
It never made a sound. Then it slowly moved east out of sight.
I was about 12 or 13 when this happened. My brother has since passed on. We only told a few trusted people because we knew we would not be believed.
