Flying Lighted Chevron over the night sky.
While living in El Paso, Texas, in 1969, we were outside in our front yard.
Suddenly, out of the south, a large Chevron shaped light appeared and grew steadily louder.
My brother, sister, cousin, and friend watched as it approached our house then went over the roof of our house.
We ran through the house and yelled at my mother and aunt that there was something flying over our house.
We all ran to the back yard and watched as this thing flew silently past the rooftops and then shot straight up into the night sky. Not shot forward to the North, but rather straight up into the universe.
Odd thing is, my mother and aunt do not remember this incident, but the four of us kids (adults now) do remember it.
