Red circle flies low over the city
I'm not really sure of the exact date, but it was a summer night and we kids hung around the corner. Suddenly someone sees an object in the sky, getting closer to us. It was a big red/orange luminous circle and it slowly came across the sky, very low. Hundreds watched and followed it as far as they could. Everyone came out to watch. We were told later that it was a 'weather balloon'.
