Cigar shaped UFO with lights all around it stationary in the sky for 10 min, then moved and stationary for 10min, took off-gone in sec.
My sister and I witnessed a cigar shaped UFO with lights all around the sides. It was stationary in the sky for 10 min for we timed it.
It then moved in a straight line and stopped and stayed stationary again for another 10 min. It then shot up into the sky so fast it was out of sight in a matter of minutes.
