Quick, horizontal-moving flying object started flying even faster and then vanished in an instant.
Quick moving object traveling horizontal across the sky (could tell it was moving away from my point of view). Then it moved significantly faster and disappeared from sight in an instant. No trail, no discernible number of lights, but object was lit, unable to tell shape of object. Lasted only about two seconds because it vanished.
