Bright Multi color lights Huge and Hovering, moving slow, then darted to south quickly out of view
Huge Multi color lights, hovering low, sounded almost like Helicopter, but had a weird Humm and was loud. It hovering, then back and fourth around my building ... I saw from 2nd story porch. My 2 neighbors walking their dogs outside also looking up .. on saying its a UFO. It went behind building then in front again ... hung around at least 10 minutes, then took off quickly to south.
