Red & Green bright lights hovering and then moving in various directions at rapid and then slow pace
Saw 2 crafts with bright red & green lights hovering in the sky then moving in random directions. They could dart across sky rapidly then back to a hovering state. We saw them over the McDowell Mtn range for two consecutive nights around the same time of 7:30-8:00 PM. The second night we saw 3 crafts that moved over N Scottsdale.
