I saw one small Aircraft do what looked like a traffic pattern and another seem do a descent through the cloud layer.
One aircraft was noticed about 50 feet AGL, the other appeared to descend from about 300-500 AGL they appeared to link up but this is unknown.
The larger Aircraft then when nose up about 45 degrees and looked to fire thrusters of some sort momentarily hovering. The Aircraft then departed with no further sighting.
