Intermittently blinking white light in mid day light at apparent high altitude seemed stationary then moved west
Shortly after noon on August 28 spotted small white point of light in clear daylight sky at high altitude. A plane passed by much larger and lower while observing the light. Appeared stationary for at least 10 minutes and blink intermittently but not in a regular fashion then eventually moved slowly westward. Took short video.
