Short and sweet. They came out of Ursa Major appeared as two parallel lights - side by side one brighter than the other
They appear just above the neighbors home and shoot up still horizontal and parallel and sort of trace a check mark in the sky and then fade to black - they ended much higher up this time instead of hugging the tree line. The were nearly to the height of Cassiopeia constellation when they disappeared. My eldest
Child reported seeing these above our house on the early morning of the 24th of Aug - said it was flashing and spinning and going nuts over the house. I was asleep. I looked to see if anyone else reported seeing either the same or similar configurations Or lights but no one thus far.
