8:55 pm, Aug 22, 2022 a single string of lighted objects appeared, extending from Ursa Major to 130 deg ESE. 80 degree above horizon
At 8:55 PM on 22 August, 2022, we observed a line of lighted objects traveling ESE from the east most star of Ursa Major at about 80 degrees above the horizon. The objects traveled in a straight line and were evenly spaced along the entire line. The direction of sight was blocked and we could not see how far the formation traveled in the east south easterly direction. It is uncanny that the time of this sighting was at the same time as the sighting last night. This sighting spread across a much longer portion of the sky. Last night the objects were in a tighter formation, 2 or 3 abreast. We will be watching the night sky tonight 23 Aug. to see if they reappear. Again the objects omitted no detectable noise.
NUFORC Note: Matches description of Starlink satellites.
