Craft in northern sky caught my eye as it was stationary and glowing green with flashing lights.
Motionless neon green craft in the north sky caught my eye when I went outside to video lightning activity far off to the west. There was no rain or thunder and it was calm. It was still for several minutes and slowly moved forward and stopped. After a couple of minutes, it reversed without turning around. Almost to where I first spotted it. It was silent and had flashing red and white lights.
Suddenly the wind gusted and I got kind of spooked. I went inside to get more appropriate footwear, but when I returned, it had left.
I was in my condo complex courtyard.
