Stationary source of incredibly bright white light, flashing blue to white, puffs of white light shot out of sides.
I was on my front porch looking for the full moon. I saw a source of white light behind some low clouds. I thought it was the moon and I watched it shine white , then it started flashing an incredibly bright blue color. It would flash blue and white, no other colors. It looked like two puffs of light shot out of the sides. There was a beam of light coming from it going straight down. It lasted for about 30 minutes. At the end, the light got really bright and then it just “poofed” left to right and disappeared.
I verified with my stargazer app that it was not the moon I was seeing. There was nothing in that area, no planets.
