Possible plane, 1 frame of cigar shaped time-space dilation and hypersonic velocity at a downward angle.
I drove with my girlfriend, and I noticed an airplane , behind the airplane seemed to be a drone or another aircraft, I never seen such small object or device being flown without making aerial sounds (engine combustion, air friction... etc.), I found another thing to zoot past my video and I managed to catch multiple frames during pausing the video, attached screenshots of what I think might be a Hyper sonic velocity Time-space Dilated Cigar shaped aircraft.

I tried to do some digging for nearby Airports, I for sure know that I was near both IAG and BUF airports in the vacinity to see aircrafts in.
Given that my coordinates were 43.02390° N, 78.82240° W
It matches this flight https://flightaware.com/live/flight/UPS2132/history/20220621/2329Z/KSDF/KBUF, but not the white vehicle in the sky, and I don't have access to more flight radar data than just my basic internet findings.
