Bright white object moving rapidly in elliptical patterns.
One bright white spherical shaped light could be seen with the naked eye moving rapidly horizontally and vertically. Viewed through binoculars and could be seen making figure-eight like patterns. Would suddenly stop and stay still for 30 second intervals and then would begin moving again. Local cloud cover then disappearance. Low flying airplane in the vicinity.
