Object appeared, grew in size and brightness, reduced size and brightness then began to move.
This is what I used for direction. If East is 90 degrees and South is 180 degrees, this
object was at about 130 degrees. If straight up is 90 degrees, this was 65 to 70 degrees
above the horizon. The local time was about 6:08 am on December 14, 2021.
I was seated at my front door observing the meteor shower. This light appeared
at first the size of a bright star. It got extremely bright over a second or two.
The size of the light grew as it got brighter. At its largest I would guess it to be
about 1/4 to 1/3 the diameter of a full moon. During this time it remained stationary.
After it dimmed back to the size of a star it began moving to the south parallel to
the horizon. Observed it moving to the south for a short distance and it just
disappeared. AT ALL TIMES IT APPEARED ROUND.
Could not verify this is or is not an Iridium Satellite.
