This is a recurring siting for me of an orb-like object.

On Thanksgiving evening at approximately 8:20 pm I observed a silent, bright orb coming slowly over the mountain across from my residence.

The orb was well within our atmosphere and seemed to contain some type of red/orange glow on the inside. The object was silent and had no external lights. The internal glow seemed to have a plasma effect. My dog even began barking when he saw the object and you can hear him in the video. His barking alerted my wife who opened the front door. I pointed the object out to her and she then alerted my father in law who also saw the orb.

I am a veteran law enforcement official. I have worked in patrol, criminal investigations, tactical operations and I have served my country as well. Thorough and maticulous observation is my life, and I only began videoing this orb when I realized it was a recurring siting for me.

Every several years over a span of about thirty years I see this type of phenomenon. I have had them as close as right outside my house. I have even experienced an orb that was a deep cobalt blue and stood perfectly silent and still.

I couldn't help but get a little excited with this last siting as I had very recently been hoping and meditating about my sincere desire for another visit from whatever this is. I apologize for the shortness of the video but I want to share my experience.
