Small bright light traveling NE over Northern New Haven county in CT
Exited car in driveway. Looked up into night sky, no clouds, many stars visible.
Facing East, noticed a small bright light traveling to the northeast. No sound, no blinking, no trail. Did not seem to be moving terribly fast.
Watched for less than a minute and it just faded away.
Have seen aircraft on similar trajectory, but they have blinking lights and can be seen to horizon/tree line.
