A local news source, UC Breaking News for SW Florida, recorded a video of a strange swirling light in the sky early this morning (October 31) at approximately 12:45 AM. Here is a link to the video posted on their Twitter feed:

I immediately thought of your organization when I viewed the video at the link above. The news service described the event as follows: "Early this morning we observed pulsating and seemingly circulating beams of light in the sky during peak activity from a geomagnetic storm after a recent significant solar flare. 12:45 AM - Immokalee Rd & Oil Well Grade facing north in Collier County, FL." The news agency is leaning toward a naturally-occurring phenomenon as a possible explanation, but I personally have my doubts, as you the video is very strange indeed.
