Unusual object with irregular flight path in Achumani, Bolivia - Feb. 15, 2021
I have sent a video and a still picture to ufocntr@nwlink.com Object appears black in colour. Roundish body, with a top dome-like surface (I know, that sounds like a sci-fi description).
Irregular flight path.
It could be a bird, that seems unusual considering its size and the altitude of Achumani, Bolivia.
