Three lights on an a hovering, egg like object that slowly dimmed before it disappeared.
Over Douglas Dam. Egg like shape with three lights that seemed to be centered against the body of the craft. Hovered in one spot for appx. 12 minutes. Lights them dimmed, like a light dimmer in a room, before completely going out. Once the lights were off, the object completely disappeared.
