Object started flashing ( I’m aware it’s not the planet next to it) lasting actually about 5 minutes. I was parked in my car, craft appeared to be less than 1,000 feet from the ground. I live by an airport and know that they blink 1 second apart ( I’ve learned much about airplanes since these events started occurring) this was not the case here.
