An was standing on Corner of Vaughn ave an Lacey rd in forked river nj facing north an I was looking towards nw w an my eye line Looking northwest west when I saw what was a light that looked liked it was coming into the atmosphere an stopped on a dime an then had a flash to it like it blinked an I then started recording on my iPhone an that’s where you really can see it when you slow it down there’s not a cloud in the sky an my phone picked up the light an the way it was moving. There were no aircrafts in the area during that time.
