Pulsating light ring which turned on and off. Looked to.have emitted the light from out near the stars.
We were standing in the backyard. A glowing ring appeared out of nowhere. The light started pulsating on the ring and then would go out. This happened several times. It was very clear out with no clouds. It looked to be way outside of our atmosphere. The ring circumference was about the size of a full moon. The middle was completely black. We were in shock.
