On the evening of 28 JUL 20, me and a friend were outside watching the space station go over at the 10:10 viewing from our location. A few minutes in to the ISS flight viewing, my friend asked me what is that, I looked and we both saw a larger light in the sky. Both, the ISS and the unidentified object were visible at the same time. The object stopped a couple of times and hovered, changed to red one time, then proceeding to the east at a very quick pace. The ISS disappeared and the object kept going east until it disappeared. My friend and I were scratching our heads wondering what the hell that was when it reappeared east of us and cam back on nearly the same track. It again stopped and hovered changing to red and then moving west changing back to white.
We decided to hop in the vehicle and see if we could follow it. By the time I came out of the house it was gone. We did travel about 20 minutes asking two people that were on their break if they had seen anything and they stated that they had not.
It did not make a sound at all.
