Lights in the shape of a “V” traveling westward and becoming circular and stationary in the west about 60° above the horizon.
In the eastern night sky, lights in the shape of a “V” appeared about 45° above the horizon and traveled slowly and silently overhead, westward and then stopped moving about 60° from the western horizon. The “V” then appeared to be a circle of lights, with lights intermittently extending from the circle shape. The circle was stationary in the West for about an hour. The circle seemed to be made up of red and whiteish- blue lights.
