fast twinkling light hovering in night sky, colored red. (then poof gone after 10 minutes)
Hanging in sky for about 10 minutes red light and very twinkly, and the twinkle was very fast...I went back to look again and it was gone..It was hovering over an island that has no people on it called "Harwood"..
