Saw a shape like a top hovering for about 40 minutes to an hour thru binoculars could see red green blus and orange lights flashing no sound,just hovering. It moved slightly to the right and higher into the sky after 30 minutes and appeared to be more circular and colored lights were not as bright but still visible. It’s still there Planes we’re flying under it at intervals.
