Noticed very small, but very distinct red light about 10° below (towards horizon) Arcturus. It made erratic movements before suddenly disappearing. About 15 seconds later, object of same size and shape appeared about 2° below Arcturus, and proceeded to move counterclockwise along a semicircular path until it disappeared.
