Very bright white shape from cylindrical to round, hovered in same place for 40 minutes, eventually went higher and faded from view.
Bright light which seemed to float closer to the ground and then return higher. Had a cylindrical shape but then seemed to change into a circular pattern. Estimated altitude was ~15,000/20,000 feet. No other light in the sky. Shape hovered in the same place for 40 minutes prior to getting smaller (higher in atmosphere) and fading from view.
