3 of us went outside for a smoke and I looked up and saw 2 lights that looked like stars flying side by side south to north over the veterans area of Boise. Never seeing planes flying that close and together, especially at night. Then before the first 2 were out of sight, a string of 3 that looked like Orions belt followed. Once those first 5 were out of sight, more pairs and single lights were all going the same way. South to north. All but 2. 2 were going east to west. They never changed speed or altitude. Appearing as stars. Counted 21 before going inside to go to bed. No physical changes with any of us or pur area. Just lights all marching together the same direction towards Bogus Basin
