A series of lights appeared hovering in close proximity to the north star. The lights would travel west to east one at at time. Then several of them formed a line traveling in the same trajectory and would disappear half way across the horizon. After several of the lights passed in this manner a group of four passed in the same way in a square that slowly changed shape then disappeared.
