Appears to be circular or almost diamond-shaped while looking through binoculars and very bright white light. it has no navigational lights and has not moved for 30 minutes. It is clearly not a star or a planet it is a bright light sitting in the night sky from Federal Way looking Eastward (sic. Wesstward ??) toward Maury/Vashon island.
