I was driving down highway 8 from gimli manitoba to winnipeg in the morning as I noticed what at first I thought was some type of black or darker plane in the bright blue sky because I was near St. Andrews airport, I kept watching it for about 20 seconds tempted to start speeding in my car to try to see if I could get closer then all a sudden it turned into a bright circle of light for about 5 seconds and then just vanished out of the sky
