At 03.35 i came out to see three blue lights rotating above the clouds looking at the cloud cover being quite high i judged it to be about 1 km above they moved in a rotating manner and seemed to hover over the same area , i first though that it was a night club shining lights but it seemed to come from above the clouds ground based lights would have a beam but there was none.
The rotaring anti clock wise woud move pause then move to the next spot pause and the move back to the same place all three move together
