Bright light, eastern sky changes colors round midnight
At 11:45 approximately 90° east of true North a light approximately four times the luminosity of Venus appeared but instead of remaining one color it cycled through multiple colors and slowly moved upwards from the equator toward Orion.
The colors were blue, red, green, white, orange. It did not appear to match any sort of aircraft from any angle that I'm familiar with.
I have video from a monile device that I will email.
