On the night of the September 9th in the town of Leupp, Arizona, my wife and I notice a cylindrical object hovering in the sky around about 10 to 15000 ft in altitude. This object not move but its light increased in intensity and then went from a white to a gold color.
We stopped several times to take photos and to see if we noticed any movement. However there was no movement. It just hovered in the same spot for over an hour.
