Blinking lights south east of Tempe
There were four lights hovering above the ground just South East of my apartment building, my roommate and my neighbors were all out on our balconies taking videos. Cars slowed down on the highway. Four lights hovered and occasionally blinked in unison. I listened to air traffic control from Phoenix Sky Harbor, but heard nothing unusual, which was strange considering that no airplanes landed or took off in this ~30 minute period.
