Witness is a pilot and aircraft lover. Pilots always look up when they hear an aircraft overhead. He was outside his house and heard a Dash-8 overhead. He looked up to look at it and observed a shiny white object directly overhead. The object moved in a straight line south and it went from directly above him to the southern horizon in seconds.
