I saw a light above Dobbins Air Force Base in Marietta, GA, that was 10 times as bright as any star in the sky and 5 times as bright as a plane, was also about 3 times the size of what a plane would be. Was burning bright white light and then went out like a flame only for another one to appear instantaneously right next to it.
This happened for a total of three lights and then they completely disappeared.
