The craft was spotted while looking up for a while at all of the movement they call satellites when looking off at the Little Dipper noticed there was a second brighter star under the middle star of the Pans handle which sat there for a while then got brighter and started to move erratically came down 2 what we believe was Observe and then zigzagged a little bit more and took straight off up and disappeared. All I can say was wow what a sight to witness and our camera just wasn't strong enough to get it on film.
