Saucer like UFO that emitted a white light that circled the craft horizontally, last seen on Blue Oaks BLVD
On our way from interstate 80 to 65,near Blue Oaks BLVD. Appeared to have a white light floating around the middle axis, horizontally, nothing you would see on any other type of plane. The 2 other passengers in my car were staring at it for a good 2 minutes, lost sight of it around Blue Oaks. We tried to capture video, but our iphone couldnt see the object.
