Looked like a dark bird floating still. Started moving lower. Slowed down passed over the street it seemed. Dark diamond like. Would rotate or spin in its path moving up in a straight line. When on its side it was shiny from the sun. When flat it was shiny blackish. Then sped into the clouds and went up.
